We are so very excited to have you join us for our wedding week[end]. We’ve chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and we strongly encourage you to stay with us!
To keep things simple for everyone, we’ve hired a groups travel agent - Allison Slater of Tailored Travel Experiences to help all of our guests arrange accommodations. She’s already secured special event group discounted rates for us at this resort.
Hi there! Lexie and Ryan have pre-reserved rooms for you with a special, set group rate for the travel window of December 11-18, 2025.
Guests may extend their stay, pending availability - just include that request in your reservation form if you’d like to extend your stay beyond these dates, or email Allison with your specific date & room request. (allison@ttravelex.com)
Please note that the resort requires a 4 night minimum stay for all guests.
If you’ve discussed your travel plans with family and friends, you’re ready to make a deposit and reserve your room! The room deposit of $200 per person is due on or before August 6, 2025, plus the cost of your chosen insurance plan (optional)
Final room payments are due by September 3, 2025.
Ryan and Lexie are working with me, Allison, of Tailored Travel Experiences to make this trip fun and stress-free for you! Please read all of the important information below before completing the reservation form at the bottom of this page so you can join them for their big day!

The rates listed below are PER-PERSON and include:
- Hotel accommodations
- All-inclusive meal plan, including drinks and alcoholic beverages
- Round-trip, shared ground transportation (transfers) between the Cancun airport (CUN) and your resort, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.
- Hotel, tax, and gratuities
- All wedding events & activities
Optional travel insurance is also available to protect your investment. See the insurance FAQ below for more details.
At Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, amenities include:
- Welcome cocktail and refreshing towel upon arrival
- Unlimited food and drinks at the bars, restaurants, and shops around the resort property
- Free wifi throughout the entire resort
- Spacious rooms with jacuzzis or plunge pools (dependent on category)
- Open in-suite bathrooms with bathtub & shower
- Free mini bar: beer, sodas, water, and snack re-stocked daily
- Coffee machine in room
- Safe deposit box (electronic) in room
- Numerous bars and swim-up bars located in different areas of the resort
- Sports bar open from 6pm to 6 am
- 7 restaurants, 5 of them are a la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits are allowed to all restaurants. Reservations are typically only required at the Bistro Restaurant (adults only) or the Kabuki Teppanyaki restaurant (only 7 tables). Lobster is included at the beach restaurant. *dress codes apply
- Room service included from 6 am until Midnight
- House win included with meals and at the bars
- Numerous pools, including 1 zero-entry pool located around the resort, open from 8 am to 6pm
- Spacious gym with cardio and weight machines, with separate room for Pilates and spinning

If you choose to upgrade your room to an Elegance Club level room, these are the additional amenities that will be included. Note: All rooms with "Elegance Club" in their title fall into this category; any rooms without "Elegance Club" in their title are ‘standard’ rooms, not club level, and will not grant you access to any "Elegance Club Only" areas or bars, nor any of these extra amenities.
Elegance Club Amenities (in addition to those listed above) include:
- Private swimming pools
- Private beach & pool areas with Bali beds
- Personalized check-in with butler and a tour of the resort if requested
- Complimentary late check-out *based on availability and request
- Exclusive access to a dedicated Restaurant (Il Botaccio) for breakfast and lunch a la carte service
- Two exclusive oceanfront lounges with snacks, concierge services, library, and table games
- A la carte lunch and breakfast are available in the exclusive lounges from 8 am - 4pm
- Room service is included for 24 hours
- Select 1 bottle of premium alcohol from the beverage menu to enjoy in the comfort of your suite. (1 per stay)
- Bottle of sparkling wine in room upon arrival (1 per stay)
- Access to 4 exclusive bars for Elegance Club adults only (4 of the 12 total bars on property)
- Butler service during your stay
- Pillow menu & aromatherapy
- Robes & slippers in room
- Nespresso machine in room
- Access to all 3 buildings and all facilities, including the Family Section.
Your private and personalized Elegance Club check-in and check-out will be done at a private area located in the upper floor. Each guest will be introduced to their butler upon arrival who will then escort them to their room while presenting the property and its services along the way!
No, this resort is not adults-only, BUT there are some sections of the resort that are adults-only. There are 3 total buildings of rooms, and 1 of them is family-friendly. The other two are only for adults. All club level (Elegance Club) rooms will all be on the adults only side of the resort.
Unfortunately, guests who are not staying in room categories called "Elegance Club ____" cannot visit those exclusive Elegance Club areas. But never fear, those Elegance Club guests have access to the whole property, so there will be plenty of shared space where you can all hang out as a group!
Child Prices:
Kids aged 0-1 at the time of travel will only cost $100 total for their stay & transportation - yay!
Kids aged 2-12 will have their own prices, listed by room.
Anyone 13 or older will be considered an adult, and will need to pay adult prices.
Child Services:
Fortunately, there are some great areas for kids, and plenty of fun things to do! In addition to the family-friendly section of the resort where there are pools and plenty of fun to be had, there is also a Kids Club (a supervised room with plenty of activities for younger kids), and a Teens Club (a great area with games, video games, and more) for teens... and kids of all ages who love to play!
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
The maximum number of nights with this discounted rate is typically 7 nights, but if you wish to stay longer, just contact me! I’ll be happy to help make your longer stay happen. Kindly note that 8+ night stays, or stays that fall outside of our specific date range of discounted rates will be subject to resort availability and the prevailing rates.
We recommend arriving no later than December 14, 2025- the day before the wedding. In the case of any travel issues or delays, it would truly stink to miss Lexie & Ryan's big day!
As long as you check in at least the day before the wedding, are present for the wedding itself, and hit the 4 night minimum requirement, you’re good to go!
If you wish to come earlier or stay later, that’s no problem at all. Just include your requested dates of stay and chosen room category in an email to me (Allison), and I’ll confirm availability with the resort and let you know! Just keep in mind that dates outside the room block may have different rates than the group rates listed for our date range below.
Room blocks mean that Lexie and Ryan have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf for your group. They’ve signed a contract with the resort, and they’ve committed to filling a minimum number of rooms.
ONLY rooms booked with Tailored Travel Experiences will count toward this contract and the couple’s group block.
The resort has a minimum 4 night stay within these dates, but you can absolutely come earlier or stay later, as long as there’s resort availability.
We have reserved several different room types or room categories for you to choose from, which you can see below the FAQ.
We recommend two people per room for optimal comfort and pricing, but check out the room descriptions below for more details about how many guests can be accommodated in each room category.
Please note that an all-inclusive stay is quite different from a regular hotel stay, as there is per-person pricing (due to all of the food/beverage, and other amenities that are included in your stay). We must know who all the travelers are in a room before arrival.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due by August 6, 2025 Please note that all deposits are non-refundable unless you purchase insurance at the time of deposit.
If you do purchase insurance, it will be your responsibility to file a claim and await their decision, should you wish to try for a refund later on. And note that the travel insurance company makes all decisions about claims and refunds; neither Allison nor Tailored Travel Experiences has any say in these decisions.
Yes! When you book your room, your balance will be split into two due dates:
First, your deposit will be due at the time of booking, which must be no later than August 6, 2025
Later, your Final Balance will be due by September 3, 2025.

Ryan & Lexie reserved 30 rooms for the group, but only certain numbers of each category you see below.
In order to get the room category you really want, we suggest making a deposit ASAP!! Once our allotted rooms sell out, we may not be able to secure any more in that category or at this rate. (based on resort availability and prevailing rates).
If you have any specific requests or wishes (certain rooms, specific dates, etc.), we suggest that you make your deposit as soon as possible!
We highly encourage you to stay at this resort with Ryan & Lexie. All wedding activities will take place at this resort, and the whole group will be around for a week[end] of fun!
If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass or wedding pass to visit the resort just for the wedding, starting at $125. Those wedding passes are subject to availability, and we would hate for you to miss out on the wedding! Additionally, some resorts have started implementing a no-outside-guests-for-weddings policy; and it’s possible that our resort will implement such a policy between now and our wedding date.
To play it safe (and have the most fun!), we recommend staying on-site!
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple’s wishes and book the hotel portion of your trip within this group:
- Ryan & Lexie already worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group, including a special set rate for rooms, and included transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so if you don’t book with us, you might miss out on some great VIP treatment!
- Groups are also given priority room assignments, so if you book your room directly, you’ll likely be getting a room that couldn’t be sold to a group - more than likely it will be leftover inventory, and probably in an undesirable location, away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority at resorts in terms of any oversold situations. So if the resort over-sells, the group will be protected, but an individual reservation outside of the group is not. You could be walked to another location or property in this situation.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately,:
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up-front, vs. over time with our payment plan
- Will not receive any pre-departure trip support or post-trip support from me
- Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I help in the event of an emergency.
- May be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note that day passes are extremely limited now in a post-covid, lowered-occupancy world. (and some resorts have rules that wedding guests MUST be booked in the room block, or pay additional fees for wedding events)
Maybe most importantly, booking into Lexie & Ryan's room block means that you’ll help them out! They’ll get some pretty cool wedding perks based on the number of guests that book into this room block only. And we all love Ryan & Lexie, so let’s help them out, and consider booking inside the room block a wedding gift to them!
Please book your own flights to Cancun, Mexico (CUN). Flights costs are NOT included in the reservation you’ll make here with Tailored Travel Experiences.
We encourage you to use any credit card points, airline miles, or your favorite booking method for flights so you can get the best itinerary and the best deal possible.
Allison will arrange your transportation to and from the airport. Just be sure to add transfers to your reservation, and to submit your flight information via the form provided by or before October 8, 2025.
The ground transportation (also known as a "transfer") that is included is Round Trip, Shared Ground Transportation. This is already included in the cost of your room reservation.
Shared Ground Transportation means that you will potentially be sharing ground transportation with other guests from this wedding group if you arrive at similar times. This may require a small wait (usually no longer than 30 minutes), while the drivers wait for other wedding guests who are arriving around the same time as you, so they can take all of you to the resort at once.
If you would like to upgrade your transportation to Private, Non-Stop, Round Trip Transportation, there are some options available to you inside the reservation form at the bottom of this page. Private transportation will be for ONLY your travel party, and once you arrive and find your transfer, they will immediately take you directly to your resort with no waiting!
If this is something you are interested in, be sure to select the type of transfer you would like when you book your room. (Again, these options are listed in the reservation form at the bottom of this page.) Each transportation option lists the maximum number of travelers that can fit in each type of vehicle, so be sure to choose one that will fit your entire travel party. Or, if you have any questions, feel free to ask Allison via email.
The form will request details for all additional travelers in your room, so they should NOT submit a second reservation request / form for the same room. Please ONLY submit your reservation form when you have ALL roommates’ information and deposit ready to go.
Note: after the initial deposit, you can split up the payments however you want among your roommates. ONLY this first deposit must be paid all at once, with one card. Thanks for helping us out by following these instructions!
Every traveler, including infants and children will need a valid passport. (If traveling with children, please see the specific rules for this on the US State Department website.
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
Please check the validity of your passport NOW! If it will expire soon, please renew your passport ASAP!
It is each guests’s responsibility to understand whether or not they can travel internationally. Please read more about this and apply for or renew your passport HERE.
Just be sure to submit your name exactly as it will appear on your passport.
The cost of travel insurance is based on the cost of your trip, your age, and state of residency. Due to these different factors, Allison will send you a travel insurance quote along with your invoice once you make your reservation. You must either purchase insurance, or digitally sign the insurance declination form to indicate that you were offered travel insurance and declined.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change for any reason.
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Note that your US health insurance likely will not work outside of the United States.
Travel insurance is not required, but is strongly recommended. You can read more about it here.

There is so much to do in the Cancun area! There is also a LOT to do at your all-inclusive resort. So there's no NEED to book additional activities, but there are many to choose from if you want to!
It's possible that Lexie and Ryan will arrange a tour or activity for everyone who wishes to do so together, so please keep an ear out for any information about that, as well as any wedding activities that may be scheduled.

Costa Mujeres is a serene, gorgeous stretch of white, sandy beaches, just 20 minutes north of Cancun. There are so many things to do in this beautiful area, including water activities (snorkeling / diving, dolphin tours, catamarans, etc.), outdoor activities (hiking, ATV tours), historical tours (ruins and more!), food tours (cooking, tacos, tequila tasting, and more!). There's always something for everyone in beautiful Cancun!

Book Your Room
To get a quote or book your room:
All guests will need to complete the reservation form to get a quote.
Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per ROOM, not per person).
To limit multiple quotes, please discuss your travel dates and plans with important friends and family members before submitting a reservation form.
Steps:
- For each person staying in your room, we will need their full name as it appears (or will appear) on their passport, their date of birth, physical address, and email address
- Still waiting on your passport? No problem! Just provide the name you used on your application.
- Just select the number of passengers (people in your room), and the form will adjust and make spaces for everyone.
- Field marked with an asterisk (*) are REQUIRED.
Once we receive your form, we will review it and send an invoice for you to approve within 1-2 business days. Look for an email from Allison Slater (allison@ttravelex.com).
Friendly Reminders before submitting your reservation:
- Double check the name on your passport. Your reservation must match the name on your passport exactly. Please do not provide any nicknames, shortened names, etc. A change fee may apply if your reservation does not match the name on your passport.
- Make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the return date of travel. Note that passport processing time is currently 8-12 weeks, so you should apply for yours or renew ASAP to ensure you’ve got your passport in-hand well before your travel date.
- Check with your bank if you are using a debit card, as most banks have a daily charge limit. Please confirm your plans with your bank before submitting a large payment.
- If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant: Some trips have restrictions for pregnant travelers, and your doctor may have advice about this as well. Please consult your doctor before submitting a reservation form, and consider purchasing travel insurance. If you purchase travel insurance for this reason, be sure to read the coverage information carefully. In some policies, pregnancy is considered a ‘pre-existing condition’ and is not a covered cancellation reason; so you may want to upgrade your insurance policy to “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage.
- Felonies / DUI / Owe back child support, etc. - if any of these situations apply to you, you may not be able to get a passport, clear immigration, or you may be detained at customs. Please contact your attorney to review the specifics of your case.
